現在的我住在一個非常昂貴的地方
一個月房租就要美金1180元, 還不包括網路!!!
四人一間, 空間是算蠻大的, 每週都有人定期整理
包了幾乎一成不變的早餐和晚餐~
四張床
客廳, 洗手台, 瓦斯爐
不過就還算舒適
他在波士頓的地段可以媲美於在台北的天母
每天上學都會經過時尚大道Newbury street
街上每棟建築物也是美輪美奐的
聽說可以住在這附近的人都是不簡單的!
從我們房間的窗戶看到停在後街的車
不外乎是賓士, BMW, SBBA
不過就真的太貴, 所以必須開始自己找房子
在台灣找房子就不容易了
更何況再人生地不熟一堆阿豆阿的波士頓
首先, 是到網路上看尬意的房間
這個網站(http://boston.craigslist.org/)實在是好用
上面就有很多租屋資訊
這時才發現以前在台灣實在過得很豪華
想當年找房子, 還硬要找套房,有冷氣才可以的
到了美國, 只住得起跟別人合住的雅房
而且這邊好像蠻流行室友是男是女都OK
只要好相處,不愛開party, 乾淨, 負責, 金錢方面沒問題就好了!
偶爾,徵室友的廣告還會表明"室友是哈佛研究生"或者"室友在XX大學教書"這類的
這樣, 考不上哈佛, 有個哈佛的室友似乎也挺不錯的!
第二部就是寫信給出租人囉!!!
也是我現在的步驟~
而我勉強用我爛到爆的英文寫信給人家

Hi, I am interested in your house.
I graduated from graduate schoo in Taiwan last year.
Now I am the ESL student study in Cambridge college.
How long is the lease going to be?
I stay in Boston maybe until JUN or JULY next year.
And I want to move at Dec. 14
If you can accept, can I see the room? Thanks.
By the way, I'm a clean and responsible female.
